Agreement

By downloading or using Notomo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Notomo is provided by Cosmo Studio (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the Notomo free trial and paid licenses purchased through our checkout.

The product

Notomo is a native Mac utility that adds formatting, commands, Skills, and assistant workflows around Apple Notes. It is not a hosted notes service and does not replace Apple Notes.

Notomo depends on macOS, Apple Notes, and system permissions you grant. Features may change, break, or be removed as Apple Notes or macOS evolve.

License

Notomo is licensed, not sold. A paid license allows you to use Notomo on one Mac at a time. Activating the same license on a new Mac may replace the previous activation.

Future cloud services, hosted AI credits, team features, major upgrades, or add-ons may have separate pricing and terms.

Free trial

Notomo includes a 30-day free trial on each Mac. After the trial ends, a paid license is required to keep using Notomo on that Mac.

Back up important notes and use Notomo at your own risk. Notomo may change, lose compatibility, or require updates as Apple Notes or macOS evolve.

AI features

Notomo does not include AI credits. When you connect an AI provider, you are responsible for that provider’s terms, billing, and data handling. We do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of AI-generated output.

Payments

Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record. Creem may issue required receipts, collect applicable taxes, and process refunds according to the checkout terms and our refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Use Notomo only in ways permitted by applicable law and Apple’s terms.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute Notomo except where allowed by law.
• Do not use Notomo to access data you do not have permission to use.

Disclaimer

Notomo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmo Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of Notomo.

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and request steps are described in the Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms or discontinue the beta. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
