Command Palette keeps temporarily unavailable commands visible and shows the missing requirement. For example:

  • Copy and export commands require a selected note in Apple Notes.
  • Backlinks and Deeplink require Apple Notes database access.
  • Opening Assistant and pasting rich text require Accessibility permission.
  • The clipboard must contain text before pasting Markdown.

Follow the panel prompt to grant permission or select a target note, then run the command again.
